Job Description

Work content:

Planning , work progress and construction preparation work; Directly inspect and supervise construction work, coordinate with teams and subcontractors to promote smooth and effective work;;
Coordinate with relevant units to check and accept work and complete it on schedule;
Calculate and confirm construction volume; management & control of material loss;
Organize compliance with Project technical standards and Construction Standards during the technical supervision process;
Ensure construction work follows the quality management process, labor safety and hygiene, and progress for the assigned area.

Graduated from University majoring in Construction, Architecture or Construction Economics.
Priority is given to people with experience in management and able to communicate in English
Understand legal documents on project management and construction investment. Master the process and technical regulations in construction.
Have communication skills and manage the work of contractors. Able to work independently and in groups.
Computer skills: WORD, EXCEL, AUTOCAD, PROJECT
