Supervising the installation of solar power systems:
Monitor, inspect, and guide the construction team according to the technical drawings.
Supervising the installation of the frame, batteries, inverter, DC/AC cables, electrical cabinet, and grounding.
Ensuring technical, safety, and aesthetic standards.
Quality and schedule control:
Develop a construction schedule/plan on a daily/weekly basis.
Inspect and approve before moving on to the next step.
Report progress, outstanding issues, and incidents (if any) to the project manager.
Site safety and materials management:
Instructions remind the construction team to comply with workplace safety procedures.
Inspect the condition of construction equipment and protective gear.
Monitor the quantity and quality of materials at the construction site.
Coordination & Acceptance Testing:
Work with design engineers, clients, and independent supervisors (if any).
Performance measurement, system testing, final acceptance.
Prepare the relevant technical documentation.
Perform other tasks as required.
- Job requirements:
Educational qualifications: Completed a course in electrical systems/electrical equipment.
UV Priority. Knowledge of solar power systems is an advantage.
Priority given to candidates with strong English communication skills (an advantage).
Proficient in using AutoCAD
Experience in supervising solar power or MEP systems in factory buildings.
Frank, honest, quick-witted, enthusiastic , and willing to take on tasks as required by the job with a high sense of responsibility.
Willingness to travel for business is required. Training will be provided for candidates with no prior experience.
