Job Description

- Job details:

- Responsible for managing and supervising service staff in the assigned area.
- Inspect and monitor the scheduling of shifts for all departments in the restaurant.
- Inspect equipment and tools, and ensure they are set up according to restaurant standards. Also, participate directly in serving customers when needed.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.

- Job requirements:

- I have experience in a similar position.
- English or Korean language skills in the restaurant industry.
- Skills in planning, organizing, managing, and supervising work.
