- Draft and set policies for the department based on company policies and make decisions based on the CEO's directives.
- Responsible for department management and division of work tasks to the department in charge
- Supervise the department and provide guidance and training to staff in the department, coordinate within the department to evaluate personnel in the department.
- Represent the company to discuss and respond to customer comments.
- Carry out tasks assigned by the General Director.
