Job description
1. Make strategic proposals for regional sales plan solutions and promote the implementation
2. Area project manager, manage sales assistants to ensure smooth project execution
3. Conduct business training for regional sales assistants, help them improve their business capabilities, capable of doing independent marketing work
4. Guiding and supporting the agent's business activities, in order to improve the agent's ability to operate
5. Ensure the fulfillment of the agent's wholesale and retail targets
6. Ensure the dealer's standard sales process, enhance the brand image
7. Guide agents to develop annual sales plans, manage agent team, adjust market behavior and ensure orderly operating environment of agents
Candidate Requirements
1. Requires a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
2. Minimum 5 years of sales & marketing experience in automotive OEM company
3. Good communication skills and initiative at work
4. Fluent in English

1. High salary negotiable according to ability
