I. Content of work
1. Planning:
- Coordinate with the Executive Board to develop vision, mission, core values, and long-term goals.
- Manage the Departments/Departments of the Company to set goals and targets for each department to ensure the completion of the Company's overall goals.
2. Administration:
- Supervising the Project and making decisions and proposing the right solutions, strategies, etc. to the Executive Board, building a system of processes and regulations at the company and department levels.
- Ensure the management system is updated and working effectively.
3. Marketing:
- Direct and supervise the development of long-term and short-term marketing plans and goals; periodically evaluate marketing channels for products and services of the Company.
- Directing the construction and implementation of marketing plans to promote the Company's brand in the market
- Periodically evaluate and adjust marketing plans and activities.
4. Business:
- Directing the organization of building and developing advertising / sales channels for the Company.
- Coordinate with the Executive Board to plan and develop standards for each channel.
- Establish and maintain internal and external relationships related to the business process of - - The Company aims to create all favorable conditions for business activities.
- Evaluate and monitor the performance of each channel.
5. Personnel:
- Developing long-term and short-term human resource plans; Directly involved in recruiting personnel for the company.
- Develop a salary and reward mechanism in line with the Company's strategy and goals.
6. Finance:
- Develop budget and cost norms for the Project.
- Periodically monitor, control and evaluate, adjust budgets and cost norms.
- Control the risk of operating costs and review and check project costs to avoid losses.
7. Control:
- Building the operation control system for the Company.
- Building the approved apparatus and organization of the control system.
8. Report:
- Responsible for building and implementing the reporting system for the CEO to the Board of Management in accordance with the company's regulations.
- Based on the above tasks, you can build a detailed daily, weekly task table, process and work instructions. The standard job description should be cited, depending on the function statement of the relevant department.
II. Experience required- Suitable age: age.
- University/College degree in Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Director / Deputy Executive Director in the field of Dentistry / Health / Beauty / Spa, Marketing / Communication / Events.
- In-depth knowledge of finance and strategy.
- Having a wide knowledge of Marketing, PR, Human Resources, Administration, ... and other functions of the business so that the business can run smoothly.
- Prioritize having a good relationship with Media, Radio, KOL, Celebrities…
- Strategic planning and analysis skills.
- Proficient in office. Use foreign languages at a good level - good enough to understand partners and negotiate. Proficiency in foreign languages is an advantage.
- Good organizational and leadership skills.
- Good improvisation and problem-solving ability.
- Good presentation and persuasion skills.
