    Job Description

    JOB OBJECTIVE:

    1. In charge of developing international online retail channels such as Amazon, Etsy, Shopee, TikTok Shop...
    2. Set up and optimize booths, product content, and images for each market.
    3. Develop pricing strategies, promotions, and coordinate return processing.
    4. Monitor store performance (views, carts, conversion rate...), propose incentive programs.
    5. Find logistics partners, dropship, and cooperate with local KOLs to promote products.
    6. Analyze sales data by market, platform; report and recommend growth.
    7. Research international consumer trends, provide insights to design & marketing department.

    CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

    • Graduated from Commerce, Economics, Marketing or related fields.
    • 1 year of experience in sales or market development on international e-commerce platforms.
    • Priority is given to candidates who have operated Amazon, Etsy, Shopee, TikTok Shop...
    • Have basic data analysis skills and online user experience thinking.
    • Proactive, flexible, priority given to candidates who have sold fashion or handmade products.
