Chủ trì tổng hợp thông tin, xây dựng, lấy ý kiến và hoàn thiện các quy trình làm việc của Ban, của Ban với các đơn vị liên quan (nếu có) để thực hiện các công việc.
Tổ chức quản lý và thực hiện các nhiệm vụ quản trị hệ thống của Ban TT&KSCL bao gồm: rà soát cơ cấu tổ chức, chức năng nhiệm vụ để chỉnh sửa, bổ sung và cải tiến liên tục theo từng giai đoạn. Tổ chức xây dựng quy trình phối hợp, quy trình chuyên môn nghiệp vụ…; điều chỉnh, cải tiến hoặc bổ sung các quy trình vận hành.
Tổ chức quản lý và thực hiện các nhiệm vụ thanh tra của Ban TT&KSCL.
Tổ chức quản lý và thực hiện các nhiệm vụ kiểm soát chất lượng của Ban TT&KSCL.
Xây dựng chương trình, kế hoạch, ngân sách hoạt động và cơ cấu tổ chức của Ban hợp lý để triển khai thực hiện các nhiệm vụ được giao; hướng dẫn nghiệp vụ chuyên môn, điều phối và kiểm soát hoạt động, kết quả cũng như hiệu quả công việc của từng nhân sự trong Ban.
