Space management: Ensure stores, offices, and meeting rooms meet required standards, handle issues quickly, perform maintenance and upgrades, and manage space assets and equipment .
Customer Service: Ensure customer satisfaction, store & office service quality, and handle complaints professionally.
Human resource management: Support recruitment and training, arrange & manage work schedules to meet the required number of employees for each shift, calculate salaries for part-time employees & carry out related tax procedures mandarin.
Sales support: Consulting services for customers, updating and managing customer-related information, booking and arranging schedules (rooms), and supporting marketing activities.
