1. JOB DESCRIPTION
The Assistant Director plays a supporting role, coordinates the implementation & monitors plans with available technology, processes and documents, ensuring effective implementation according to the Director's direction.
1.1 Support for recruitment & training of personnel
- Support recruitment, screening and training of sales personnel & key positions.
- Coordinate the implementation of internal training programs & share experiences.
1.2 Support business operations & develop key customers
- Support for implementing automatic systems in Sales assignment & customer care.
- Coordinate with the Director in negotiating & implementing cooperation with important customers.
- Monitor and recommend optimization of pricing policy, customer output & compensation policy.
- Synthesize and analyze reports to support business & marketing.
1.3 Communication support & brand development
- Coordinate with marketing team & agency to deploy communication campaigns, customer & partner review videos.
- Support organizing sharing programs, customer & partner events.
1.4 Support for partnership & franchise management
- Coordinate regular partner meetings, receive feedback & monitor system improvements.
- Monitor and support negotiations, adjust cooperation policies & incentives for partners.
1.5 Financial support & fundraising
- Support the Director in preparing capital calling documents & working with investment funds.
- Coordinate participation in startup competitions & investment connection activities.
2. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience as an assistant manager, sales, marketing)
- Good communication & presentation (priority given to those with experience working with customers and partners).
- Good English communication (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent).
- Systemic thinking, ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, AI tools, automation & data analysis.
- Ability to work independently, organize work & withstand high pressure.
3. SUGGESTED INCOME LEVEL
- Basic salary: 15 - 25 million VND/month (depending on experience & ability).
- KPI Bonus: 10 - 20% of basic salary, based on work performance.
