Job Description
- Responsible for overall planning and monitoring the development of entertainment game projects in Vietnam and final quality control;
- Write system documentation, including core gameplay, game function design, Interaction Design and level value setup;
- Communicate and collaborate with programmers, designers and testers to implement game design requirements and ensure high quality plan recovery;
- Analyze mainstream products on the market, pay attention to the data of game products, and continuously propose optimization plans for products based on players' feedback after going online and operate and maintain them;
- Help team members improve their planning skills and promote healthy team development.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 3+ years of Game Design experience, capable of project research, approval and R&D
- Experienced in the game industry (not limited to a single platform), with a deep understanding of entertainment games in Vietnam, especially puzzle games and excellent math skills, such as Jigsaw games, puzzle games, simulation management games and puzzle games.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, experience in cross-border project cooperation. Experience in team building and management;
- Full experience in entertainment game design and development and those who have achieved success in leading products are preferred;
- Highly sensitive to the global entertainment game market, familiar with the needs of Vietnamese players, fluent in English and multilingual is preferred.
