Job Description

To work closely with Regional HR team to support recruitment operations activities ie, publish advertisements, schedules and organize interviews, prepare labor contracts.
To be responsible for recruitment & resignation administration support ie staff on boarding preparation, employee social insurances enrolment/termination, coordinate new staff orientation program etc.
To manage and maintain new hires & resignations data for payroll administration.
To liaise with Regional HR team to maintain and regularly update HR TimeTec system employee database, employee personal file and ensure HR documentations are in place.
To assist in publishing new hires announcement & update organization charts.
To facilitate employee's probation and annual performance review.
To assist in HR audit compliance exercise.
To assist and support Regional HR team in employer branding initiatives & campus recruitment.
To support employees learning & development initiatives.
To assist part of the overall Innity's HR transformation program which includes (but not limited to) governance HR operations and Talent Acquisition.
To assist Regional HRBP in coordination any new improvements and development of activities relating to HR administration matters.
To be responsible for all office administration tasks, and involved in employee engagement activities, such as organizing team gathering.
To work proactively with management to maintain a positive environment.
To be additional responsibilities as and when influenced by the management.
