Job Description

Job Objective: Achieve and exceed sales targets through consulting and closing deals for EcoNations' products/projects. Maintain long-term customer satisfaction and engagement throughout the project journey (before, during, and after the season). Act as a bridge between customers, EcoNations, and farms, ensuring transparent information and the best possible experience.

A – JOB DESCRIPTION

We provide customer support through the following channels: Zalo, Messenger, Hotline, and Website.
Assisting customers with order placement, tracking orders, finalizing deals, and following up with customers until successful payment.
Understanding the "planting - raising - seasonal agricultural product" model, and advising customers accordingly.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and proactively upsell/cross-sell products according to season.
Acquire new customers (B2B & B2C) through referrals, remarketing, and mini-campaigns.
Participate in organizing livestreams, programs, and sales events as part of a campaign.
Guide customers on how to use the website to track key milestones in their crop development: planting – caring for – harvesting – shipping the product to the customer.
We update customers on the seasonal progress through weekly posts on the group.
Handling situations such as: delays, weather impacts, changes in production...
Receive and resolve arising issues according to customer service procedures and ensure SLA response times.
Collect feedback after each delivery and suggest improvements to the customer experience and internal processes.
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

B – ECONATIONS NEEDS YOU!

6 months to 1 year of experience in a Sales/Customer Service position (preferably in the agriculture, F&B, e-commerce, or service industries).
Enjoy selling , meeting and exceeding sales KPIs and service metrics.
Customer service mindset , patience, attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to listen .
A pleasant speaking voice ; no stuttering, lisping, or strong regional accent.
Skills in consulting, communication, presentation, and handling customer situations flexibly.
Willing to travel and flexible with time when needed for business trips or company sales campaigns.
Entrepreneurial spirit , willingness to "roll up your sleeves and get to work," proactively proposing ideas, daring to think and act, dynamic, good health, and a positive attitude.
Having a personal phone and laptop for work is a priority.
