Job Description:
- Proactively respond to customers/partners who need to recruit Vietnamese Trainees
- Customer/partner care and response.
- Receive information from customers/partners/unions about visiting the Company or coming to take a recruitment exam, then proactively schedule, welcome and take care of them.
- Participate in translating order interviews. - Responsible for monitoring the entire order implementation process. - Take care of, support, and manage Interns during the process of working with customers/partners.
- Receive, process and resolve issues related to customers, partners and TTS.
- Translate documents, contracts, and texts from Japanese to Vietnamese and vice versa.
- Coordinate with departments, perform other tasks under the direction of the Department Head and Board of Directors.
- Report directly to the Department Head on a weekly basis. Report directly to the Department Head and the Board of Directors when arising or requested (if any).
Request:
- Level: Good communication in Japanese (minimum N2). Proficient in office software.
- Appearance: Agile, good looking.
