- Job details:
1. Planning and implementing digital advertising campaigns.
- Implement multi-platform advertising: Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search/PMax/YouTube), TikTok Ads, Zalo Ads, etc.
- Implement hyperlocal targeting based on store radius to drive footfall for each branch.
- Collaborate with Content & Design to produce diverse creative content (multiple variations, native to each platform) to combat ad fatigue and optimize performance.
- Implement proper tracking settings: Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), UTM, ensuring compliance with Decree 13/2023 on personal data.
2. Managing Owned Media & Social Commerce
- Manage content across owned channels: website, landing page, fanpage, TikTok, Zalo OA, email, chatbot — ensuring brand identity consistency.
- Develop short-form video-first content engines (TikTok/Reels/Shorts), UGC sourcing, and food content tailored to occasions and cultural moments (Tet, Mid-Autumn Festival, summer).
- Perform basic SEO optimization for the website, landing page, and Google Business Profile for each branch.
3. Conversion Optimization & Digital Experience (CRO)
- Design and optimize the Digital Customer Journey specifically for F&B chains: online discovery → store/delivery → loyalty → repeat.
- Implement structured A/B testing for landing pages, CTAs, and voucher mechanics.
- Collaborate with CRM/Loyalty programs to operate lifecycle automation: welcome series, abandoned cart, birthdays, and win-backs via Zalo OA and email.
4. Performance Measurement, Analysis & Optimization
- Build and maintain a Digital Performance Dashboard with 3 tiers of metrics:
- Business: Revenue contribution, CAC, CLV, blended ROAS, footfall.
- Brand & Funnel: Reach, Share of Search, engagement, video VTR.
- Operational: CPM, CPC, CTR, CVR, frequency.
5. AI Adoption & Trend Updates
- Applying GenAI to workflows: creative idea generation, content variation production, A/B copywriting, competitor analysis, and summary reporting.
- Monitor and propose testing of new trends: AI search, social commerce, creator economy, affiliate marketing in the F&B industry.
- Job requirements:
- Graduated from university with a major in Marketing, Communications, E-commerce, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing/Performance, with direct experience managing advertising budgets.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in F&B, FMCG, chain retail, or D2C.
- Includes a portfolio of specific case studies on growth (before-and-after data, methodology, learning).
- Proficient in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Zalo Ads.
- Solid GA4, GTM, UTM, Pixel/CAPI.
- Advanced data analysis using Excel/Google Sheets.
