Job Description

- Job details:

Bilingual communication: Building a linguistic bridge between domestic and international partners (Chinese and Vietnamese).
Project progress monitoring and supervision: Oversee implementation phases, ensuring timely completion and quality.
Internal coordination: Connecting and coordinating information between departments (technical, operations, customer) for effective implementation.
Document processing: Drafting, translating, and proofreading documents related to the project.
Troubleshooting: Receive, analyze, and propose timely solutions, and report to management.
Plan and execute receptions for Chinese and foreign partners.
Other tasks as assigned by superiors.

- Job requirements:

Proficient in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), candidates with experience in translation/coordination/secretarial/assistant roles are preferred.
Graduated from university with a major in Chinese Language, Economics, Business Administration, Import/Export, or related fields.
Possesses communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in project management, aquaculture, and international trade.
Energetic, highly responsible, and able to handle work pressure.
