- Be a bridge between customers and partners to solve simple problems such as schedule changes, ticket cancellations, complaints... via phone, email, chat and text messages.
- Provide accurate, complete information using guided tools and processes.

- Average income: 10-13 million VND/month
- Basic salary: 7.5 - 8 million VND/month

- Night shift allowance: 30% of basic salary
- Voice/complexity allowance: 1 million VND/month (after probation)
