- Receive vehicles for repair, maintenance, warranty, insurance services... at the company
- Receive and check vehicles according to procedures
- Discuss and advise customers on the services they need to use.
- Clearly explain the work to be done and prices to customers.
- Complete necessary paperwork as required.
- Search and develop new service customers. Take care of old customers.
- Discuss and handle work with relevant internal departments and insurance company partners when necessary.
- Implement customer service procedures according to Omoda & Jaecoo regulations.
- Ensure repair quality and customer satisfaction throughout the entire service process.
- Coordinate closely with departments to ensure good job completion.
- Implement internal campaign programs, service marketing, and campaigns according to Company regulations.
