Job Description

Send/receive advance alerts to/from overseas agents and track.

Contact shipping lines/co-shipping lines to book your trip.1

Generate SI/HBL/TLX HBL, Send SI, VGM for voyage, Arrival Notice, eDO for inbound shipments (using Liner/Port/Company OMS system)

Track MBL/TRI from shipping lines

Report any arising cases to the department head.

Request

At least 1 year of working experience at logistics/freight forwarding companies in a similar position/work scope.

Have good negotiation skills.

Have good knowledge of logistics market.

English communication skills. (reading and writing emails)

Salary: Dependent on experience and ability with annual performance review

Working time:

Monday to Friday: 8am to 12pm and 1pm to 5pm

Saturday (rotating, work from home from 8am to 12pm)
