- Job details:
- Receive recruitment requests allocated according to the recruitment plan.
- Prepare content and images for job postings on various recruitment channels, and proceed with posting the job advertisement.
- Analyze resumes, screen candidates, and conduct interviews via phone and in person.
- Responsible for compiling interview results, scheduling interviews for successful candidates, and monitoring the process.
- Conduct interviews with clients - Resolve issues arising during the recruitment process
- Identify and recommend effective recruitment channels. Responsible for managing these recruitment channels.
- Building an image to serve recruitment purposes and a recruitment brand.
- Prepare recruitment reports and results, and update recruitment process records completely.
- Job requirements:
- Experience in telesales or related jobs involving calling, advising, and customer service is preferred.
- Proficient in office software, especially Excel. - Possesses good communication skills and the ability to organize and manage time effectively.
- Experience in mass recruitment; experience working at a headhunting/personnel agency is preferred.
