- Job details:
Plan and execute the recruitment of garment workers and office staff according to the staffing plan.
Source candidates through various channels (social media, job fairs, local areas).
Screening applications, conducting interviews, and evaluating skills (using machines).
Implement the new employee onboarding and integration training procedures.
Other tasks as required by management.
- Job requirements:
Experience: 2-3 years
Good communication skills.
Understanding the garment industry labor market and being willing to go to the field.
