JOB DETAILS:
Receive recruitment requests from Departments/Divisions/Branches to identify and analyze recruitment needs.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and execute job postings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and handle onboarding procedures;
Track recruitment costs;
Summarize and plan recruitment periodically (monthly/quarterly/six-monthly/annually);
Propose programs and activities to promote the company's employer brand and develop tools to modernize the recruitment process;
Research on developing recruitment policies to attract applicants.
Build a candidate database through networking activities, advertising, and candidate referrals;
Evaluate the recruitment process and regularly assess the quality of recruited personnel;
Submit recruitment progress reports periodically (monthly/quarterly/annually) and on an ad-hoc basis as requested by superiors;
Coordinate and support staff in the department to successfully complete common tasks and perform administrative office duties as assigned by the Department Head.
REQUEST:
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
Possesses in-depth knowledge and flexible use of interview tools, and the ability to find good candidates.
Possesses relationship-building skills, strong communication skills, and skills in building and managing candidate databases.
They possess good thinking, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
