Job Description
- Exploiting and searching for student information from many different channels to build a potential student system
- Learn, research about the school's disciplines to introduce, advise and answer questions for parents and students
- Use Email Marketing to send information about new enrollment information / incentives for students to refer to or answer students' questions when there is an email response.
- Directly contact potential students/parents from the school's data system or self-searching list to introduce the school's majors, preferential programs.
- Looking for new sources of students, wishing to build data, expand and develop relationships with schools
- Implement admission documents and procedures for students who agree
- Make periodic or arising work reports.
- Participating fully in departmental meetings and reports
- Perform other tasks when requested by the Board of Directors
- KPI is calculated after working 3 days:
+ From February to July 2023: 50 applications are sent every month
- From 1 to 19 sets of salary documents: 3,000,000 VND
- From 20-29 sets of salary documents: VND 2,400000 + commission 200000/1 set of documents.
- From 30-39 sets of salary documents: 3,60000 VND + commission 200000/1 set of documents.
- From 40-49 sets of salary documents: 4,800000 VND + commission 200000/1 set of documents.
- From 50 sets of salary documents: 6,000,000 VND + commission 200000/ 1 set of documents
+ From August to November 2023: 25 students enroll each month (1 admission candidate gets 3,000,000 or 2,800,000 for dossiers with commission calculated when sent to the previous school.)
Requirement - Have experience as Admissions Officer, related position
- Fluency in information technology office
- Proficient in consulting, communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in work organization and time management skills
- Proficient in relationship management skills
- Able to set specific goals and focus on achieving them
- Willing to learn and accept contributions
- Able to withstand pressure
- Able to work independently and in a team
