Job Description

Right

Compulsory to attend training course 3 weeks before officially starting work - Training allowance 7,50000 VND.
Fixed cost support
Salary: from 15 million.
Monthly and quarterly commission: from 17%.
Supported level Ipad working.
Support 1.80000/month travel expenses + phone.
Working from Monday to Friday. At least 3 hours/day at the office.
Support to find customers.
Qualified candidates at interview will be considered for Teamlead position: Salary 25,000,000 VND.
New working model and policy from August 2023 to develop long-term employees at AIA. Management positions will stop hiring outside but will be from available human resources at the company.
Fast, clear and transparent promotion roadmap, review and promotion according to capacity every 6 - 12 months to Team Leader and Branch Manager positions.
Travel to luxury resorts every year.

Job details:

Find new customers and take care of the current customers of the team.
Building and expanding relationships, consulting as well as supporting contract making for customers in need.
Support customers to the Workshop organized by the company.
Interact with old customers to expand relationships.

Candidate Requirements:

Graduating from college or higher.
Confident in communication, good presentation skills are advantages.
Age: 23 - 35.
