Job Description

1. General description

The Human Resources Specialist is primarily responsible for attracting, recruiting and training personnel for the F&B system, ensuring the supply of quality personnel in accordance with the company's operating standards.

2. Main responsibilities

Recruitment (70%)

Develop and implement recruitment plans according to monthly/quarterly human resource needs.
Search, screen resumes, interview and evaluate candidates for in-store positions (kitchen, service, cashier, barista) and office positions (management, operations).
Manage and develop recruitment channels: social networks, recruitment pages, internal, referrals
Build a database of potential candidates to meet staffing needs quickly.
Coordinate with operations management to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and recommend process improvements.

Training (30%)

Develop plans and implement integration training for new employees.
Support the development of professional training content (customer service, work processes, corporate culture).
Organize soft skills and basic professional training sessions for employees.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, propose method improvements suitable to operational reality.

3. Job requirements

College/University graduate in Human Resources Management, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related fields.
At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the F&B, retail or service industry.
Good communication, interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
Ability to provide basic training, communicate clearly and easily understood.
Proactive, flexible, responsible at work.
Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
