- Meet and greet residents, tenants and guests
- Responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, dealing with guest complaints and inquiries, answering phones, making reservations, and making their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Check rooms and perform all departmental activities for maximum guest satisfaction
- Respond promptly and courteously to all messages, requests, inquiries, complaints, deliveries, etc. to residents, tenants and/or guests
- Update all information related to services and facilities inside the building as well as the surrounding area and actively communicate such information to residents/tenants
- Monitor and control the entrance to the building in cooperation with the Security Department
- Make sure the lobby is always clean and orderly
- Respond to and deal with when possible all requests, messages, requests, inquiries, complaints, deliveries, etc., by residents, tenants and guests, in an efficient and courteous manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the entire building so guests receive accurate and fast information when required
- Respond to emergency situations calmly and effectively, following company guidelines
- Make sure to record specific details in the handover logbook
- Ensure that all furniture, decor and/or equipment located in or directly outside the lobby, reception area are kept in good order and function and, where necessary, coordinate with management office and other departments to ensure that repairs, cleaning, etc. are done in a timely manner.

- Working time: Rotating shifts, in shifts from 6am to 14h, 14h to 22h, 22h to 6h, off 1 day/week
