- Job objectives:
- To advise, develop, and implement salary, bonus, and benefits policies, ensuring timely, complete, and accurate payment; to comply with labor laws; and to contribute to attracting, retaining, and effectively controlling personnel costs.

2. Task: Salary:- Perform monthly payroll calculations for all employees (salary, allowances, bonuses, overtime pay).
- Control data on attendance, leave, unpaid leave, and overtime.
- Manage and update employee payroll and personal income records.
- Perform income tax and personal income tax settlement related to salaries (coordinate with the accountant when necessary).
Insurance & Benefits:- Perform procedures related to social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance: increasing/decreasing the workforce, adjusting contribution levels, closing accounts, and settling benefits (sick leave, maternity leave, work-related accidents).
- Monitor, cross-reference, and work with the Social Insurance agency on a regular basis.
- Manage and implement internal welfare policies: bonuses for holidays, birthdays, weddings, funerals, health check-ups, vacations, and health insurance.
Developing and improving compensation and benefits policies:- Participate in developing, reviewing, and proposing salary scales, bonus and allowance mechanisms.
- We propose adjusting compensation policies to reflect business conditions and the labor market.
- Collaborate in developing KPIs and performance-based reward mechanisms for each department.
- Conduct market salary surveys when requested.
Labor law & compliance - Ensure that salary, bonus, and benefits policies comply with the Labor Law, the Social Insurance Law, and the Personal Income Tax Law.
- Collaborate in drafting internal regulations related to salaries and benefits.
- Provide explanations and compensation/benefits documentation when inspected or audited by competent authorities.
Human Resources Reports & Data - Prepare periodic personnel cost reports (monthly/quarterly/annually).
- Manage C&B data on the system or internal tracking files.
- Prepare HR reports as requested by the Head of Human Resources/Board of Directors.
Support administrative tasks- Co-organizer:
- Holidays, Tet (Lunar New Year), year-end bonuses
- Birthday, internal activities
- Perform other HR tasks as assigned.

- Personnel standards:
- Graduated from college or higher with a major in: Human Resource Management, Accounting, Law, Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) .
- Knowledge of Labor Law, Social Insurance, and Personal Income Tax.
Skill:- Proficient in Excel and Misa Amis software.
- Data analysis skills.
- Careful, honest, and highly confidential.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under high pressure.
