Recruitment job
-Recruitment, interview, and onboarding of new employees
Labor management
-General management of employee attendance
-Create Labor Contracts, Labor Regulations, Labor Agreements, procedures related to timekeeping management, salary calculation, social insurance and changing the Company's license, etc.
-Welfare regime, working environment management, job improvement etc.
Office Management
-Hygiene management in the company
-Equipment management (office supplies, software licenses, equipment management)
Apply for work permit, visa, temporary residence card for foreigners working in Vietnam
Requirements
Must have:
Over 2 years of experience in the field of general human resources (Priority given to those with experience in human resources at Japanese companies in Vietnam)
Not suitable for candidates with no experience in human resources
Have Japanese proficiency level N3 or higher (able to communicate fluently in Japanese, able to interview candidates in Japanese)
Have knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law
Can do basic Office operations Word, Excel, Power Point
Can organize company presentations and seminars at vocational schools
Nice to have:
Ability to create corporate brochures and videos
