Copy the data allowed to be provided to departments and personnel at the request of superiors.
Responsible for supervising the hygiene and living habits of the head office... to ensure the professional credibility of the organization.
Organize receptions (non-regular) at the company or conferences outside the company: coordinate departments, personnel, perform logistics if assigned.
Managing the administrative expenses of the head office (work, telephone, delivery, stationery, gifts...) to summarize and periodically report to superiors.
Allocate, control, maintain, propose budget to superiors: stationery, machinery equipment, labor tools; receiving, checking, handing over and distributing to departments.
Information management, general data: personnel records, meeting minutes, records, working minutes of Smartcom projects.
Timekeeping for daily work, management of planned and unscheduled leave, transfer to accounting for monthly salary calculation. Timely update report to CEO on the quality of implementation of regulations to ensure working hours.
2. Personnel work: 2.1. Recruitment:
Receiving recruitment needs, submitting to CEO for approval, posting job postings (at recruitment partners and recruitment channels of Smartcom)
Receiving, screening and processing candidate profiles, making a list of candidates participating in interviews (working with departments that organize interviews/recruitment exams)
Submit interview results to CEO for approval.
Notify the interview results to the candidates.
Summary of recruitment report.
Responsible for integration training for new employees on: internal rules, regulations, professional guidance on work commitment
Monitor and update reports on integration training results for superiors.
Keep enough personnel records including electronic and hard copies at the company.
Sign the probationary contract, report on the end of the probationary period, make a probationary review. Sign an official contract, transfer the accountant to pay social insurance and arising benefits of employees.
Coordinate with the CEO to develop and regularly review, update, adjust, and supplement regulations on policies, rules, and regulations that are appropriate from time to time and from time to time.
Proposing and directly drafting, participating in the implementation of guiding documents, announcements…. related to labor management, salary, regimes and policies.
Manage and be responsible for salary records, consult HR programs and policies with the CEO.
2.3. Work of Smartcom training projects:
Participate in completing the training project file according to the available form (school, enterprise) of Smartcom upon request.
Company representatives go abroad, project briefings when required.
Working time : + Administrative: 5.5 days/week (44 hours/week) (Morning: 8:00 - 12:00, Afternoon: 13:30 - 17:30) from Monday to Saturday morning
3. Request
University graduate or higher (preferred: majoring in human resource management, business administration, Law and other related disciplines. English TOEIC 500 + or equivalent)
Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources. Age over 30 years old.
Ability to work independently and work under pressure.
Ability to plan, present, manage work, make reports
Creative enthusiasm, positive working attitude.
Good communication skills, standard voice, good-looking appearance.
