I. DRAFTING AND REVIEWING CONTRACTS
(1) Consulting, drafting, and adjusting contracts, agreements, and documents related to the company's business activities with parties to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of the enterprise.
(2) Legal review, verification and authentication of various types of contracts and documents.
(3) Draft documents and official dispatches related to the company's trading activities.
II. RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL LEGAL ISSUES OF THE COMPANY
(1) Responsible for providing timely and accurate legal advice and support to the board of directors.
(2) Guide, support and urge affiliated units (branches, representative offices, member companies) on legal matters.
(3) Legal review of company documents in various fields.
(4) Consulting on the rights of the chairman and the board of directors, rights between shareholders, rights between the chairman and shareholders
(5) Direct consultation on legal procedures and regulations;
(6) Provide consultation and implementation of approved policies and instructions related to business registration documents and corporate governance investment registration documents.
(7) Consulting, building, drafting, and adjusting internal documents, regulations, and rules of the company.
(8) Consulting, performing tasks, procedures, and documents related to disputes, complaints, and litigation (if any).
(9) Consulting on arising issues or implementing registration dossiers for protection of the company's intellectual property assets.
(10) Consulting, updating, introducing, disseminating, and assessing the impact of new legal regulations related to corporate activities, land law, environment, etc.
III. MONITORING COMPLIANCE WITH INTERNAL REGULATIONS
(1) Build, check and manage the company's internal policy and procedure system.
(2) Coordinate with the board of directors/board of members of the enterprise to develop internal management policies as well as monitor the implementation and execution of policies by members of the company.
(3) Preside over or coordinate with relevant departments to help the company's general director participate in dispute resolution to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the company and employees;
(4) Take on the role of reviewing the system of internal policies to ensure that the policies currently being issued and implemented in the company are fully consistent with the provisions of current laws.
(5) Responsible for managing legal documents and records as well as resolving legal issues arising in the company.
(6) Conduct research and evaluate possible risk factors that may affect the company's decisions and business performance.
(8) Support the establishment of ISO systems for departments within the company, participate in evaluating the company's existing internal management systems according to ISO standards.
IV. PERFORM OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE WORK AS REQUIRED BY SUPERIOR SUPERVISOR
