1.
- Overall responsibility for all activities of the Human Resources Department
- Manage and direct professional expertise for Human Resources Department staff
- Assign work to department staff.
- Check and monitor employee work performance during the month
- Implement new government policies and regulations for departmental employees and company-wide employees.

- Build procedures for the department: recruitment, training, resignation, leave, salary, disciplinary action...
- Building labor regulations and corporate culture
- Build all forms, unify records and procedures used within the Company
- Coordinate with department heads to develop standardized job descriptions for each employee position.
- Coordinate with department heads to develop performance evaluation standards for each department and division.
- Advise the Board of Directors on labor management, salary, policies, recruitment, and training for employees according to the provisions of the Law and the Company's regulations and rules.
- Monitor and evaluate the current human resource situation at the Company and propose implementation of human resource development policies.
- Guide and organize the implementation, completion of policies, regulations and rules suitable for each period.

- Coordinate with department heads and divisions to develop and regularly review, update and adjust job descriptions, regulations and policies to suit each period and stage of the Company's development.
- Directly draft and participate in implementing guidance documents, notices... related to labor management, wages, and promulgation regimes.
- Develop and perfect welfare, reward and disciplinary policies
- Manage, propose and implement salary increases for employees according to regulations (monitor progress, notify department heads to carry out necessary procedures).
- Advise the Board of Directors on year-end rewards and special rewards for employees in the Company.
4.
- Training rules and regulations for new employees
- Guide new employees on working methods and procedures in the Human Resources department.
- Develop plans and organize training for subordinates on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Identify training needs and develop employee training plans according to the Company's needs and submit to the Board of Directors for approval.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and report to the Board of Directors.
5.
- Understand and grasp the thoughts and aspirations of workers to have timely solutions to resolve their problems.
- Resolve labor disputes
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant state authorities related to work and the Company.
6.
- Develop, inspect and monitor policies and regulations on ensuring hygiene, safety and labor protection conditions.
