- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Handle and manage the hotline during and outside of business hours (including holidays) as assigned
- Process orders, forms, applications and requests
- Organize work processes to meet customer time frames
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Maintain customer database and administrative relationships
- Update procedures in Health eTalk & Timeline list
- Perform customer verification
- Perform other tasks as assigned
⌨️ REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduated from University/College
- Able to work independently and under high pressure
- Good communication, negotiation, analysis and problem solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office (equivalent to level A)
- Able to use English well
