Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Send CO (Certificate of Origin) to customers.
Send daily reports, final reports, test reports to customers; update immediately on goods status and/or on-site situation.
Prepare certificates/reports as required by customers (based on documents such as Bill of Lading - BL).
Issue certificates/reports as required by customers.
Send hard copies of certificates/reports upon customer request.
Issue invoices and send to customers.
Collecting debts from customers, including monitoring payment status, reminding customers of due amounts and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely payment.
Create WO (Work Order) in GCIS system and assign WO to inspection team leader.
Coordinate with Sales department to update quotation if there are additional requests from customers.
Follow up WO details to update report with inspection team leader.
Prepare certificates/reports based on customer documents and inspection records, then submit to responsible manager for approval.
Coordinate with laboratory on analysis results and turnaround time (TAT).
Manage samples and equipment in the field.
Send samples to lab, main office or customer as requested.
Track and store COs, WOs, reports and certificates to SharePoint.
Aggregate monthly test data (GDC or other channels).
Other related tasks (sample & equipment management, arranging boarding passes for inspectors/surveyors, etc.).

JOB REQUIREMENTS

College degree or higher.
At least 2 years of working experience, including proven experience in customer service, preferably in the inspection service industry or related field such as Logistic, Forwarder.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
English level: Intermediate reading and writing, basic speaking.
