    Job Description

    • Answer the phone, receive all calls to the company's Hotline number
    • Receive call information, collect all necessary information and transfer information to departments with expertise in solving customer problems
    • Directly answer customers' inquiries about services/products provided by the company over the phone. Coordinate with other departments in the company to promptly solve customer's problems
    • Coordinate with colleagues to receive accurate customer information, serve as a basis for effective customer consultation and interpretation.
    • Make periodic customer care plans and propose gift giving and customer care policies on holidays and Tet
    • Create and maintain relationships with partners and customers. Taking care of old customers shortens the time to return to buy the next order.
    • Periodically conduct customer survey programs and propose improvements in customer service.
    • Notify the schedule of holidays, New Year, events, activities of the Company to customers.
    • Coordinate with Marketing Department to propose, build customer behavior & portraits; Survey service quality & suggest improvement of Customer service.
    • Manage the company's fanpage/ website/ online platforms: Development & management and improvement. Also write periodic content and company events.
    • Perform other tasks required by direct supervisor.
