PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Health care project for American customers.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Assist members, families and providers in understanding benefits and health care packages via phone and email;
Resolve member issues by identifying the cause and explaining solutions. Escalate complex issues to management as needed;
Participate in calls to members to introduce services;
• Comply with policies and recommend improvements for smoother operations, actively participate in meetings and training; • Comply with all healthcare regulations and maintain confidentiality;
Record information accurately into the system;
Perform other duties as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Good communication in Mandarin or Cantonese
Basic English communication;
Experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.

WORK LOCATION: REE Tower, 9 Doan Van Bo, Ward 13, District 4, HCM

WORKING TIME:

This position requires direct interaction with customers in the US, so work hours follow the US time zone.
4 month project, with possibility of extension
Working hours from 11PM to 8AM (GMT+7), Monday to Sunday, 2 days off/week.
