PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Health care project for American customers.
JOB CONTENT- Assist members, families and providers in understanding benefits and health care packages via phone and email;
- Resolve member issues by identifying the cause and explaining solutions. Escalate complex issues to management as needed;
- Participate in calls to members to introduce services;
- • Comply with policies and recommend improvements for smoother operations, actively participate in meetings and training; • Comply with all healthcare regulations and maintain confidentiality;
- Record information accurately into the system;
- Perform other duties as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS- Good communication in Korean
- Good English communication
- Experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.

WORK LOCATION: Remote
WORKING TIME:- This position requires direct interaction with customers in the US, so work hours follow the US time zone.
- 4 month project, with possibility of extension
- Working hours from 11PM to 8AM (GMT+7), Monday to Sunday, 2 days off/week.
