- Receive and answer customer information and questions (products, electronic warranty, product damage, sales agent's recall/return policy) via channels: email, phone phone, switchboard, fanpage, CRM...
- Coordinate with departments (technical, authorized warranty stations) to handle customer complaints and feedback
- Make post-warranty survey calls
- Report warranty progress
