Job description:
- Receive and answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat messages.
- Handle customer complaints and complaints professionally and effectively.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Support customers in ordering, payment and returning products.
- Collect customer feedback and report to superiors.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
Job requirements:
- Graduating from college or higher.
- Recruiting Females from near District 7 from 20-25 years old.
- CV must include full date of birth.
- Having experience working in the field of customer care is an advantage.
- Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to proficiently use computers and office software.
- Ability to work independently and in groups.
- Hard-working, meticulous, with a high sense of responsibility.
