JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Receive and resolve requests for support, complaints and inquiries from customers related to products
- Coordinate with relevant internal departments to resolve customer issues and complaints
- Synthesize customer reviews about service quality through surveys
- Suggesting and proposing solutions to restore customer satisfaction about the quality of services and products according to the Company's orientation
- Perform other tasks as requested by management
- Working time: Shift 1: 7:30 am; Shift 2: 13h30 (Closed any day/week)
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
23t - 35t
Academic level
Male and Female with at least high school graduation,
Passion for money & desire for high income.
Love the business, take care of customers.
Agile, dynamic, willing to learn.
Relevant Knowledge/Expertise
Having working experience in sales, business, marketing, marketing, customer care, financial consulting (Preferably having telesale experience in financial institutions);
Standard voice;
Good office computing;
Able to work under pressure;
Have a service mindset.
Skills
Good communication and persuasion skills;
Organizational skills, work arrangement, problem solving;
Hardworking, enthusiastic in work;
