Job Description

MISSION
No. Main responsibilities & duties
1. Consulting customers to buy and use company products.
2 Contact customers directly, close contracts, collect debts,
3 Search customer list, close customer contracts, manage customer list.
4 Responsible for customer development and sales development according to each stage of company development.
5 Support department staff with work related to assigned tasks.
6 Take care of old and new customers.
7 Responsible for revenue development, KPIs.
8 Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly reporting to the Board of Directors

INTEREST
Allowed to propose suitable sales support programs to increase sales.
Allowed to evaluate direct management monthly according to company procedures and regulations.
Allowed to propose salary increase, promotion if experienced enough and excellent revenue achievement for 3 consecutive months or more.
Salary increase every 12 months 5% 10% LCB
Considered for promotion/demotion, job transfer every 6 months

WORKING LOCATION AND HOURS
HT GROUP INVESTMENT TRADING COMPANY LIMITED
Address: 183/76 Nguyen Van Khoi, Ward 08, Go Vap District, HCMC
Working hours: 8:00 17:00 1 hour lunch break (12:00 13:00) from Monday to Saturday morning.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SELECTION CRITERIA
1 Gender / Age FEMALE (Appearance) > 22 Years Old.
2 Education level / expertise: Intermediate or higher / Major in Business Administration.
3 Foreign language / computer skills Office computer / English communication.
4 Competences / skills Good communication, sales skills.
5 Years of work experience Experience preferred, if not, training will be provided
6 Good looking.
7 Attitudes/qualities required: Diligent, quick, responsible.
8 Good Health
9 Priority: Experienced in sales for FMCG, Retail companies
