Job Description

- Gọi điện thoại chăm sóc khách hàng đã mua sản phẩm
- Trực điện thoại
- Tư vấn, giải đáp những thắc mắc của khách hàng qua các kênh truyền thông (zalo, fb, viber,...)
- Liên lạc khách hàng từ nguồn data sẵn có
- Xuất hoá đơn đỏ, kiểm soát thu chi, theo dõi đơn hàng
- Làm báo cáo theo yêu cầu
