Xử lý các chương trình bồi thường và phúc lợi của Aeonmall bao gồm (khấu trừ lương; tính tiền làm thêm giờ, trả ca, thưởng; duy trì hồ sơ bảng lương, v.v.) cho tất cả nhân viên, bao gồm cả việc nộp cho chính phủ (HI, SI, UI, TNCN…)
Lập báo cáo nội bộ & báo cáo mở rộng (BHXH, HI, TNCN) theo yêu cầu của Luật lao động & công ty
Thường xuyên cập nhật Cơ sở dữ liệu nhân sự, hồ sơ nhân viên để đảm bảo tính chính xác và cập nhật thông tin của tất cả nhân viên được lưu trữ
Xử lý, tải dữ liệu lên hệ thống nhân sự và đảm bảo tất cả các dữ liệu liên quan được cập nhật vào hệ thống
Theo dõi, chuẩn bị và xử lý mọi vấn đề liên quan đến việc thuê mới (thư mời, xác nhận, hợp đồng lao động, chấm dứt hợp đồng)
