Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Build and manage your own sales plan and potential client planning list, including quarterly, monthly, and weekly.
Monitor and update the sales pipeline to ensure KPI and revenue targets are achieved.
Sales Execution:
Research and develop effective approach strategies for strategic clients.
Proactively identify, connect, and build relationships with potential clients.
Collect insights related to market demand, client needs, and competitors through daily activities to continuously improve strategies and share insights with related teams (Account, Creative, Strategy, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Manage the full sales process effectively, including prospecting, proposal preparation, pitching, presenting solutions, negotiation, and closing deals to achieve company goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
Follow up and support the resolution of issues arising during client cooperation.
BD program optimization:
Provide constructive feedback to improve BD processes and optimize business performance.
Support the development and enhancement of sales materials such as sales scripts, rate cards, quotation templates, proposal templates, communication flows, and other business-related materials.
Propose new ideas and approaches to improve sales effectiveness and expand client networks.
- Job requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, agency environments, or marketing-related fields.
Knowledge of Marketing and understanding of Social Media is a plus.
Strong research, problem-solving, and situation-handling skills.
Excellent communication, persuasion, analytical, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in basic office tools for sales and proposal-related tasks.
