WORK CONTENT

Receive and survey to fully collect requirements and desires from customers and end users.
Understand the operations of products in the company's ecosystem (having knowledge about Camera and VMS is an advantage), learn about similar products to come up with ideas and designs for future products.
Business analysis based on the obtained requirements, converted into design analysis documents: Project summary, current status description, system analysis, list of functional requirements, design of the overall system model system, use-case description, ....
Develop user manuals and transfer documents for end users.
Report work results to management.

REQUEST

Graduated from University or higher, IT major is preferred
Have 02 years or more experience in BA position
Good thinking, agile, quick to grasp problems
Requires high creativity, initiative in work, understanding of UI/UX;
Ability to collect, analyze and synthesize information
Ability to write documents, communicate well, and present problems well
Ability to communicate with customers, willing to go on business trips/onsite with customers;
Have understanding of the process of writing consulting documents, technical economic reports, technical proposal documents, etc. for the city's information technology programs and projects.
