Job Description
Act as a bridge between operational departments (sales, warehouse, central kitchen, store management)
goods...) and software development team.
Receive, analyze and clarify business requirements from departments in the F&B chain.
Write documents describing business requirements (BRD), functions (FRD), business process flow (outline)

Job Requirements
Have 2 - 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software companies or
F&B is a big plus.
Mastering basic business processes in the F&B industry is a plus (ordering, inventory,
orders, CRM, FA...).
Have systematic thinking, good analytical and problem solving skills.
Proficient in writing business documents, process diagrams and functional descriptions.
Priority is given to candidates who know how to use tools such as Jira, Figma, Excel.
Personality: Enthusiastic, dynamic, open-minded, adapts quickly to dynamic environments.
13th month salary
Working time: Monday - Friday and 2 Saturdays per month (off Sundays and 2 Saturdays)
