TEAM MANAGEMENT
Reports to: CEO
Career Path: Fast-track promotion to Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) based on results.
Team Vision 2025: Expand HR capabilities with 2 Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists driving excellence.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership
- Work directly with leadership to align workforce strategies with revenue and scaling objectives.
- Lead organizational design efforts to ensure the company adapts seamlessly to growth.
Talent Acquisition and Management - Build and execute recruitment strategies.
- Elevate onboarding programs, ensuring employees are seamlessly integrated into our culture and operations.
- Establish talent management practices.
Employee Engagement and Retention - To maintain a turnover rate below 10%.
- To create a workplace employees rave about.
- Policy Development and Compliance
- Regularly review and update procedures to reflect evolving regulatory landscapes.
Learning and Development - Design impactful training programs, fostering both technical skills and leadership development.
- Encourage a learning culture by providing continuous professional growth opportunities.
HR Automation and Innovation - Develop and implement automated workflows to streamline HR processes (eg, payroll, performance management, and employee records).
- Utilize AI-powered systems for employee self-service and queries.
- Drive HR tech adoption across teams, measuring efficiency gains and operational improvements.
WE ARE EXCITED IF YOU HAVE
- Education & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 7 years in HR, with at least 3 years as an HRBP or similar strategic role.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Preferred: Experience in e-commerce or dietary supplement industry is a plus

Working hours: Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM/ Saturday (Culture Day): 6:30 AM to 12:00 PM
