Job Description

Main responsibilities: Directly prepare dishes on the menu, ensuring quality
synchronous and stable quantity
Responsible for product: pricing, planning and modifying menus,
as well as managing operations, production issues, and food
(finished products, raw materials) when supplied to the restaurant. Inventory of imported goods
both quantity and quality, check the quality of food and raw materials
is in the kitchen
Inventory Management: The Executive Chef will be responsible for inventory management.
Kitchen inventory includes all raw materials, equipment, and machinery.
Work planning, shift setting, production planning, responsibility
Responsible for making reports according to expertise
Plan budgets, allocate resources to components, products, and designs
equipment and wages. Responsible for proposing solutions to optimize product costs,
Preserve raw materials as required by the Board of Directors
Ensure food safety and kitchen operation procedures: Responsible
Responsible for keeping the entire kitchen clean, ensuring the hygiene quality of the
food/products before distribution to restaurants, guidance, supervision
Maintain common assets, equipment, and machinery in the employee kitchen.

In charge of skills training & general training planning: Career guidance
services to employees, disseminate kitchen rules and regulations, and provide technical training

 University graduate majoring in cooking, cuisine, restaurant & hotel management
 Have experience working in positions from sous chef and above in restaurants &
Hotel (min 2 years)
 Good creativity, sensitive to new trends (advantage)
