Job Description

JOB DETAILS:
This position requires arranging and displaying merchandise, advising customers, and fulfilling other management requests.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Arranging and displaying goods
Customer consultation.
Fulfill other management requirements.

REQUEST:

Ages 18–36, graduated from grade 9 or higher, in good health, agile, honest, and responsible.
We are not hiring students who are still in school for the shift rotation program.
To succeed in this role, the necessary skills include: proficiency in dynamism, sales skills, experience in handling pressure, consulting, and possessing integrity.
In addition, candidates should have knowledge of: experience working with Sales Staff, Part-time positions, strong customer support skills, along with understanding of Full-time positions and Sales Consultant roles.

BENEFITS RECEIVED:

Full-time shift salary: 7,500,000 - 8,000,000 VND/month + Sales and cashier bonuses.
Part-time income: VND/hour (<97 hours/month) or VND/hour (≥97 hours/month). Attendance allowance: 200,000 VND/month.
SPECIAL OFFER: 13th and 14th month bonuses, holiday bonuses, etc.
Shift work includes one day off per week.
Training provided, stable working environment, participation in social insurance, annual leave, and holidays as per regulations.
