Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Japanese translation and interpretation: Act as a bridge between Japanese customers and the development team, translate documents and technical requirements, ensuring information is always accurate and clear.

- Project management support: Support PM/Leader to monitor project progress, assign tasks to members, and ensure work is completed on time and with quality.

- Communicate and deploy requirements to SE team.

- IT expertise: willing to learn and apply new knowledge, participate in design analysis, create software design documents, with the orientation of becoming a Business Analyst / BrSE.

- Participate in development support or directly participate in programming when necessary.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

- Japanese N2 or equivalent, effective communication and experience working directly with Japanese customers.

- At least 2 years of experience as an IT Communicator at a Japanese company.

- Have knowledge of website development (HTML, CSS, PHP).

- Priority: Project management experience using languages: PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Python.

- Priority: Experience working with framework (CMS): Laravel, WordPress

- Proficient in using tools and infrastructure: Git, Docker

- Desire and orientation to develop into BrSE in the future

- Organizational, work management and problem solving skills, having participated in IT projects.

- Passionate about learning and developing in the IT field.

Salary in NET/gross: Negotiable based on ability

Working time: Mon-Fri- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM)
