Job Description:
Based on project requirements delivered by the Sales department, conduct online surveys on the Customer Experience platform and perform related tasks (create surveys, sample and collect data, process data and report).
Review GR/CX questionnaire to identify issues and assess feasibility.
Contact supplier and negotiate sample cost.
Coordinate translation with translators and proofreaders.
Communicate and discuss with IT and Business departments to resolve issues to ensure project progress and quality.
Schedule, adjust and work directly with clients for GR/CX projects via email.
Perform operational tasks related to IT projects as required.
Perform community management tasks as needed (communicate with survey users/members, assist with rewards, etc.).

Request:
Able to communicate well in Japanese
Basic English skills.
35 years of experience working in a Japanese corporate environment (priority given to experience working in Japan).
Experienced in project management, coordination and working directly with customers.
Have team spirit and be proactive.
Basic computer skills, proficient in MS Excel.
Careful, responsible, quick to respond and good at problem solving.
Prioritize :
Have experience working in Market Research.
Candidates will be trained/instructed to meet job requirements if needed.
